- Monthly rental: 100 euros per device (includes a refundable deposit of 4000 euros/month). Any deposit exceeding this amount will incur a 2.5% transaction fee.
- Event-based rental: 50 euros per device. A 2.5% service fee applies to the returned deposit.
- All prices are excluding VAT.

How does this payment terminal work?
The payment terminal operates like any other, with one key difference: instead of processing a payment, it shows the amount with a minus sign, and the money is refunded to the customer’s account.
Can this POS terminal be used for sales?
No, this terminal is configured for refunds only.
What else should I do or know?
To ensure the bank can process payments, you must make an advance payment to the Cuploop account before the event starts. This advance will cover deposits to be refunded later. After the rental period ends and all transactions are completed, any unused funds will be refunded, or the transaction fee will be offset.
Additionally, transactions must be sent to the bank daily, and customers should be informed that claims can only be submitted with proof of payment (receipts).
